Meet Marc, a seasoned professional with an impressive 33-year journey in the construction industry. From humble beginnings at the age of 17, Marc embarked on this dynamic path, initially contributing to his father's renovation company. Over the years, he has ascended the industry ladder, acquiring a wealth of experience and expertise.
Starting as a general carpentry apprentice, Marc honed his skills as a rough-frame carpenter and progressed through various roles, including finish-carpenter, field superintendent, and general superintendent for a prominent homebuilder & restoration contractor. His journey continued as he took on responsibilities as an estimator, project manager, and, currently, as the general manager and owner of RT LLC, a growing homebuilding and construction consulting business.
Marc's unique strength lies in his comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the building and renovating process. From the digging of foundations to writing the checks, he has been intimately involved in every facet. Marc has embraced a practical lifetime learning process, continually evolving and gaining a fully rounded knowledge of the intricacies within each phase.
